Ngondro introductory practices from the Transmission of Experience with Zhang Zhung

Online every Sunday at 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Starting – May 11, 2024

We cordially invite everyone interested to the Ngondro introductory practice course, led by an exceptional teacher, Sangmo Yangri. Ngondro is the base, the foundation, the foundation for further practice. They are called introductory practices, but many masters and teachers practice them throughout their lives. We want these meetings and this group to have a slightly different character than the classic course.
